As a bilingual technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks technical support for our e-learning and digital content management solutions, with customer and user service skills and good technological and users and good technological capacity to adapt to changes, configure the software solutions, and train clients software solutions and train customers in their use.

The ideal candidate will need to bring:

  • Languages: Spanish and English (bilingual), other languages desirable.
  • Higher degree, ideally in the area of Information Science and/or Technology.
  • Technological competence and adaptation.
  • Good communication and customer management skills.
